针对近期新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，根据江苏省委、省政府关于启动突发公共卫生事件一级响应的决定，盐城市委、市政府高度重视，各项疫情防控工作正有序有效展开。在此，我办提醒在盐的各位外籍人士：

To contain the infections of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), and according to the level I public health emergency response initiated by the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Jiangsu Provincial Government, the CPC Yancheng Municipal Committee and Yancheng Municipal Government have attached great importance to it and prevention and control efforts have been made in an orderly and effective way. Hereby, we call on all foreign friends in Yancheng to be reminded of the following practices.

  최근에 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증에 대해 강소성 당위원회 및 강소성 정부는 돌발공공위생사건일급응답의 결정을 내렸습니다. 이 결정에 따라 염성시위, 시정부는 폐렴 예방퇴치 업무를 매우 중요하게 여기면서 순차적이고 효율적으로 업무를 진행하고 있습니다. 여기서 염성에 있는 외국인에게 안내 말씀을 드리겠습니다.

一、关注权威信息。请关注“盐城发布”微信公众号和盐城市卫生健康委员会官方网站，获取新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方权威信息通报，了解盐城市定点医院名单和有关疫情防控指引措施等信息，也可致电盐城市疾控中心值班电话：89912320，了解相关信息。

I. Follow authoritative information. Refer to the news released by “Yancheng Fabu”(the official WeChat account) and the official website of Yancheng Municipal Health Commission for the updated information of the epidemic, the list of designated hospitals in Yancheng, and the prevention and treatment guide. If you have any questions, please call Yancheng Disease Control and Prevention Center line, 89912320, for further information.

1. 공식적 정보에 주목

‘盐城发布’ 위챗 공중 플랫폼과 염성시위생건강위원회 공식 사이트를 통해 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증에 대한 공식적인 정보를 얻을 수 있고 염성시 선별 병원 리스트와 관련된 안내 사항을 확인할 수 있습니다. 또한 염성시질병예방통제센터(연라처: 89912320)로 문의 가능합니다. 

二、加强自我防护。保持良好的个人卫生习惯，注意勤洗手。咳嗽、打喷嚏时应使用纸巾捂住口鼻，不随地吐痰，废弃口罩按规定规范投放。适当开窗通风，注意保持室内环境卫生。避免接触野生或禽类动物，减少生冷食物摄入，食用熟食，多喝热水。

II. Strengthen self-prevention and protection. Keep good personal hygiene by washing hands often. Cover cough or sneeze with a tissue. No spitting. Dump used masks properly. Keep proper ventilation and rooms clean. Avoid close contact with any wild animals or poultry. Eggs and meat should be thoroughly cooked. Drink more hot water.

2. 개인 보호 강화

개인위생을 지키고 손을 자주 씻어야 합니다. 기침, 재채기를 할 때 휴지로 코와 입을 가리며, 아무데나 가래를 뱉지 않고 버려진 마스크는 규범에 때라 버려야 합니다. 그리고 정기적으로 창문을 열어 환기를 시키고 실내 환경 위생을 유지하도록 주의해야 합니다. 또한 야생동물과의 접촉을 피하며 음식을 충분히 익혀서 먹고 물을 많이 마시기 바랍니다.

三、减少外出活动。按照“非必须，不举行；可推迟，即推迟”的原则，暂停举办或参加人员聚集的各类活动；尽量避免前往人员密集的场所。外出前往各类公共场所、搭乘公共交通工具时，请正确佩戴口罩。若出现发热、咳嗽、胸闷、乏力等症状，须佩戴口罩前往我市定点医疗机构就诊。

III. Minimize outdoor activities. Keep in mind the principle that all unnecessary group activities should be canceled or put off if possible, please act accordingly. Avoid crowded places, parties and group activities. Wear a mask correctly if you have to go to public spaces or travel by public transportation. If you have mild or severe fevers, coughs, difficulty breathing or nagging fatigue, please go to a designated hospital with a mask on.

3. 외출 활동 감소

  “비필수적이면 거행하지 않고 연기할 수 있으면 연기해야 한다”는 원칙에 따라 각종 모임과 행사를 중단하고 사람이 많은 곳을 피해야 합니다. 또한 외출할 때 마스크를 올바르게 착용하시기 바랍니다. 만약 발열, 기침, 가슴이 답답하거나 무리력 증상이 발생하면 마스크를 착용해서 염성시 선별 의료기관을 방문하시기 바랍니다.

四、配合参与联防联控。如果您近期曾到访过疫情高发地区或接触过疫情高发地区的来盐人员，要密切关注自身的身体状况，尽量居家休息，减少外出活动。如有不适应当及时向当地疾病预防控制机构或指定部门报告。如果有政府、社区工作人员、医务人员做疫情防控登记询问您的情况，请予以理解支持并积极配合相关工作。

IV. Join in the united prevention and control efforts. If you have visited the infected area or contacted with people who have been to the epidemic area recently, please closely watch out for your health conditions and stay at home as much as possible. If you got sick, please report to the local Disease Control authorities or designated departments. Please cooperate with government or community personnel or medical staff if they inquire about and register your conditions.

4. 예방퇴치 업무 협조

최근에 감염증 발생 지역을 방문하거나 관련된 인원을 접촉한 적이 있을 경우 본인의 건강 상태을 면밀히 관찰하면서 외출을 줄이고 집에서 쉬시기 바랍니다. 그리고 증상이 있을 경우에 질병예방통제기관 혹은 지정된 부서에게 알리고 예방퇴치 업무를 이해하시고 협조해 주시기 바랍니다.
